Important Date :

The online application form for the IIM CAT Admission 2022 starts on August 03, 2022. The last date to apply is September 14, 2022. The exam date of the IIM CAT Admission 2022 will be November 27, 2022 And Result Date Second Week Jan 2023.

₹Application Fee IIM

The online application fee is to be paid by the candidates to apply for the IIM CAT Admission 2022. The category wise application fee is given as follows:

Others Candidates ₹ 2300/-
SC/ ST/ ₹ 1150/-
PwD/ ₹ 1150/-
Payment ModeOnline Mode

Please note that a candidate needs to pay the registration fee only once, irrespective of the number of institutes he/she is applying for. SC, ST and PwD candidates must upload a copy of their SC/ST/PwD certificates at the time of registration. Fees once paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Age IIM CAT :

No Age Limit 




Eligibility & Qualification

The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate), with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disability (PwD) categories]

Candidates appearing for the final year of the Bachelor’s degree/ equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply




CAT 2022 Admission Procedure

Please note that each IIM is independent to mandate its own eligibility criteria (including academic cut-offs and relative weights) and follow different selection processes.

Performance in the CAT 2022 examination is an important component for consideration in the selection process. IIMs may also use the previous academic performance of the candidates, relevant work experience, and other similar inputs in short-listing of candidates at various stages of the selection process.

TEST CENTRES IIM CAT Admission 2022

CAT will be conducted in centres spread across around 150 test cities. Test cities will be mentioned in the CAT website and the name of the test centre will be indicated in the Admit Card.
IIMs reserve the right to change or cancel any test centre/city and/or change the test time and date at their discretion.
